The send action is no longer available directly from the action button. Users must now first edit the message before it can be sent. This change improves message review and reduces the chance of accidental sending.

When replying, replying all, or forwarding an important email, the response is no longer marked as important by default.

CO-1973: Status Tooltips added to Appointment Cards
